Grilled Salmon

Leave the asparagus to grill for approximately 7 minutes before removing and serving with freshly grated Parmesan on top.

Kielbasa kebabs

Go exotic and try some Kielbasa kebabs. Take a ring of pork kielbasa and slice into 8 chunks. Par cook some potatoes and onions and cut them into quarters. Slice 2 bell peppers into four. Add all these ingredients into a bowl or storage bag, which has oil salt, pepper and thyme in it before leaving to marinate for 10 minutes.

At the same time, take wooden kebab skewers and rest them in water for 10 minutes. Once this is done, place all the ingredients on the skewers and grill for 10 minutes. Make sure you turn the skewers every so often so that the kebabs don’t burn and cook evenly on all sides.
